Education Series From Community Futures
Community Futures Highwood has curated an educational series called Building Business Resiliency to support and uplift business owners. The loss of our support systems, both personally and professionally, has compounded the stress, uncertainty, and disconnection of this time. Community Futures helps support, sustain, and grow the health of local businesses— and it is time to do the same for the owner’s mental health. The Building Business Resiliency project is being created as a direct response to the impact of COVID-19 on the many small-to-medium-sized enterprises within our regions.
The goal of this project is to provide much needed mental health, educational, and coaching support to affected business owners, thereby increasing the chances of these businesses’ recovery and continued operation and retention. The project will also encourage collaboration between affected businesses.
